Lesson #2
“Most diseases, if not all of them, are related to severe emotional suffering, especially chronic conditions.”
Our body is an incredibly efficient creation, designed not just to function but to heal itself. Before we fall ill, there often exists a significant energy imbalance that compromises our body’s ability to combat threats.
To maintain our health, we need more than just a balanced diet, hydration, and sleep. It’s crucial to steer clear of certain behaviors and mindsets.
MAIN NON-PHYSICAL THREATS TO OUR BODY HEALTH
1. **High levels of stress at home or work** – Engaging in activities that pose a routine of constant stress, fear, instability, conflicts, or risk to our safety.
2. **Poor quality of thoughts and feelings** – Experiencing daily doses of hate, fear, anger, victimization, self-diminishment, revenge, and resentment.
3. **Toxic relationships** – Those based on psychological or physical violence, manipulation, power games, control, codependency, etc.
4. **Lack of purpose in life** – not pursuing our dreams or working toward meaningful goals, surrendering to nihilism or cynicism.
5. **Self-abandonment behaviors** – This includes:
- Prioritizing others over our needs
- Being overly accommodating
- Ignoring our personal passions
- Disrespecting our boundaries
- Risking our health for perfectionism or other goals
- Setting expectations or responsibilities higher than our capacity
Holding onto any of these conditions for just a few months can lead to emotional trauma, paving the way for mental disorders and physical diseases.
In essence, if our inner world is healthy — rich in positive thoughts, good feelings, supportive relationships, and a clear sense of purpose — our bodies are more likely to function well and remain free from disease.
If you find yourself in threatening situations, consider taking action immediately to restore your well-being. It’s important not to underestimate how stress, fear, and toxic dynamics affect your overall happiness and health.
Life may be challenging, but it can also be deeply rewarding when we approach it with purpose and respect. 🌹
