  1. As always, wise advice. I would like to mention that the chorus of negative thoughts can be a symptom of PTSD. Will power alone will not conquer that. EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) can though be helpful.

    1. You’re spot on, Anna. Just relying on willpower isn’t enough to tackle negative thoughts.

      Like I always say, we usually can’t fix a problem or hit a goal with just one approach.
