Soul & Suitcase and Inner Compass will continue to be a safe space for awareness and growth, now with a more intentional flow:

👉 One main theme per week, explored with presence, depth, and continuity.

Think:

✅Less jumping ahead, more integration.

🗓 Our new schedule starting December 29th (Brazil time):

• Mondays — 1 am
• Wednesdays — 1 am
• Fridays — 10 pm (Inner Compass)

Same depth.
More continuity.
A quieter, richer rhythm.
