10 Life-Changing Insights from Daily Meditation

A few days ago, I wrote a post about 10 Problems I’ve Solved With The Help of Meditation, where I described all the bad habits and symptoms this millenary practice helped me to eliminate from my life.

Today, I want to outline the great discoveries I’ve made about our minds and well-being through meditation.

The most exciting aspect of meditation for me is its unlimited capacity to enhance my awareness and resilience while navigating life and my inner self.

After 9 years of daily practice, my perception has become sharper, allowing me to be more attuned to my thoughts, feelings, and even the nuances of the world and the states of mind of those around me.

The benefits of meditation are so healing and empowering that I feel compelled to share them with others. I hope my personal journey and the insights I’ve gained will inspire you to give it a try.

🎁 Here are my findings!

1. I am not my thoughts or feelings; I am the consciousness observing them.

2. Within myself, I have a center filled with love, joy, and peace.

3. My intuition serves as my compass, fully accessible in moments of serenity.

4. Fear is not just a feeling; it’s a vibrational frequency that I can tune in and out based on my thoughts and mood.

5. I have the power to confront and eliminate any thought or belief in my mind.

6. I can choose my thoughts and mindset regardless of external circumstances.

7. I can self-regulate my emotions through deep breaths and positive inner dialogue.

8. I am not a victim of my circumstances; I am a co-creator of my reality.

9. My personal reality is a reflection of my thoughts, feelings, and beliefs.

10. When I resonate at a high frequency (feeling love, peace, or joy), life becomes easier and safer, regardless of the external environment.

For the reasons above, I start all my days with 20 to 40 minutes of silence – the perfect way to prepare myself for what is ahead of me.

💡 This is more or less what happens during each meditation:

Still in bed, I sit in a lotus position with my eyes closed. The deep breaths I take relax my mind and body within the first 5-10 minutes, heightening all my senses – I can strangely hear a sound from far away as if it were inside me.

At this moment, I unworriedly observe my thoughts coming and going, focusing solely on my breathing and the shifts in my body’s disposition.

I feel the muscular tension in my neck and shoulders dissolving, while my heart and brain expand.

With a few more deep breaths, my entire body becomes deeply connected and grounded. I feel shrouded by a wave of relaxation and awareness—I’m in the flow, and my thoughts increasingly fade away, making room for this wave that expands and fills the space around me.

At this point, I’ve lost the sense of my body’s limits and feel as light as a feather, which I absolutely love!

The world outside seems distant, and no fear or desire can disturb my quietness. I’ve gone beyond my mind and entered my soul’s realm where everything feels like wholeness and fulfillment.
