8 Top YouTube Channels For Mental Health And Self-Improvement

It is obvious to most adults that no one can truly walk in our shoes

or save us from our circumstances.

Our struggles with issues like

anxiety, depression, difficult relationships,

and money

cannot be solved by anyone but ourselves.

Even those who love us deeply

can’t fully meet our needs

or understand

our feelings and aspirations.

Our existence is so unique

that a certain level of loneliness

seems to be

as natural and unquestionable as our DNA.

The good news is that

we can make life less daunting and difficult

by learning from each other

and relying on

specific resources

while moving forward on our journeys.

For this reason, I’d like to share wih you the work of some of the most inspiring people I’ve encountered along my path. 🌹

They provide answers to many of my questions about mental health, spirituality, and self-improvement, and I hope their content can help you too.

Your thoughts about taking your own journey, Aline, makes me think of Pilgrim’s Progress. We each have our pilgrimage, and yet we are not alone.
