What Your Excitement Can Do For You

Hey there, beautiful souls!

Let’s turn negative thinking into power?

I know, you know, we all know that most of us struggle with fear-based beliefs — those sneaky, persistent thoughts that whisper things like:

“I’m not ready”

“I’m not enough”

“That it’s too late to start over”

These thoughts might seem harmless, but they are not!
If we don’t take a good look at them, they can keep us stuck in a dull or unhappy life.

The way to break free begins the moment we learn to challenge and change those beliefs — when we train our minds to support our purpose instead of our fears.

Shifting from limitation to curiosity and from doubt to alignment is how we start living authentically.

💡 Our minds are meant to be our allies, not our adversaries or enemies.

🎥 That’s why today’s Weekly Bonus is the video “You’re Already Lost” by Bashar, channeled by Darryl Anka.

If you’ve never heard of him, Bashar is a multidimensional being channeled through Darryl Anka for over 35 years.

His teachings go deep into quantum physics, psychology, and spiritualityshowing us that our excitement isn’t random; it’s guidance.

Darryl Anka has been one of my best mentors for years, and his channeling work has deeply improved my mindset and emotional awareness.

🛠️ Bashar’s “Follow Your Excitement” Formula

  • Step 1: Follow your highest excitement in every moment, to the best of your ability.
  • Step 2: Take action on it — without insisting on what the outcome should look like.
  • Step 3: Trust that the path it unfolds will lead you to your highest growth.
  • Step 4: Stay detached from control and remain open to surprises (the universe is better at logistics than we are).

✍️ Note:

For Bashar, “highest excitement” refers to anything in your day that excites you the most, not necessarily something big like a dream or huge life changes.

He believes that our excitement is how our higher self communicates with us and serves as an organizing principle that helps us create a fulfilling life.

Here’s an example from my own life:

If my to-do list is:

  • Replying to emails
  • Doing the dishes
  • Translating
  • Grocery shopping

I’ll pick first the task that feels most exciting, then the second, the third, and so on.

At first, my mind would resist the change, pushing me to stick to my old ways.

But over time, I found that making this little tweak really boosts my motivation throughout the day.

When I apply this idea to bigger decisions, it gets even better, as our higher selves (the wise part) are meant to guide our minds, not the other way around.

It sounds simple, but it’s radical — because it asks you to trust your inner compass more than the fear-based conditioning of society.

I’ve been using this formula every day for a while now, and honestly, it’s been a game-changer for me!

If you need any tips on how to use it, just drop a comment. I’m here to help! 💖
