Reparenting – I like that term. It is something many of us have to undertake for ourselves.

Reparenting is a therapy technique that kicked off in the late ’60s and is still super popular today because it really works.
It gives adults who went through childhood neglect and abuse a chance to heal on their own terms, without depending so much on other people to have their emotional needs met.
